Mission Reporting

This page is for future submission of SAR Mission Reports for compilation into a state incident database system. The state system will be used to forward Illinois mission statistics for inclusion in ISRID.

We hope to have the incident reporting system online no later than summer 2009. Please check back later for additional updates and information.
